Can I Return or Exchange Tickets?
Ticket refunds are only provided in the event of a cancellation. In such cases, the buyer receives a refund for the nominal ticket price; however, service fees and costs for additional services are non-refundable.
If the event organizer is a separate legal entity, Fridayticket is not responsible for the direct refund of ticket payments. While we are happy to assist in resolving refund issues, the timing and completeness of refunds are ultimately the responsibility of the event organizer.
If authorized by the organizer, you should send your refund request to [email protected]. Refunds apply only to tickets purchased via https://fridayticket.com. For card payments, please include a copy of your ticket and proof of payment in your email. Refunds are automatically credited back to the original card within 10 business days after the request is processed. Only the person listed in the order can initiate a refund. For corporate orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer based on the provided invoice. Contact [email protected] to request an invoice.

How Do I Receive My Tickets?
Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after payment. Please ensure you provide a correct and valid email address. You can present your ticket on your mobile device at the venue entrance, provided it can be clearly scanned by the access control system. You are responsible for keeping your electronic ticket secure. In the event of duplication, entry will only be granted to the first version of the ticket presented and scanned.
How to Purchase a Ticket?
To purchase tickets, please first review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By completing a purchase, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these terms. Be sure to check any age restrictions on the event page before buying. During checkout, you will need to provide a contact number, email, and the attendee's full name. Once payment is confirmed by the bank, the sale is final, and your entry to the event is secured. If payment is incomplete or fails, the ticket will be automatically cancelled.
